The “Truth Hurts” singer showed up her body after the weight gain wearing a brown bodysuit in one of the previous videos. She may be called a body-positive ambassador as she opposed body-shaming many times in many other ways.

However, now it seems that Lizzo decided to switch her attitude a bit. She succeeded in shredding about 50 pounds(or 70 pounds).

“I did the 10-day smoothie detox, and, as you know, I would normally be so afraid and ashamed to post things like this online, because I feel like, as a big girl, people just expect if you are doing something for health, you’re doing it for, like, a dramatic weight loss, and that is not the case. “I’m so proud of myself,”
